The Huffines Auto Dealerships want to assure you that we are your partner and understand that now, more than ever, having sound, reliable personal transportation available when you need it is of the upmost importance. To help accommodate your needs for reliable personal transportation in these trying times we are instituting the following:

Vehicle Sales

Huffines Kia McKinney new and used sales departments are open for your convenience from 8:30AM-9PM Monday through Saturday. It's never been easier to shop for a new or newer vehicle online or by phone at 469-525-4400 or come visit us in person. We are practicing social distancing in all areas of our facility.  All offices and high traffic areas are regularly sanitized. All test drive vehicles are sanitized with CDC sanctioned sanitizers by glove wearing team members before and after each test drive. You can complete the transaction and take delivery of your vehicle at the dealership or we can deliver your new vehicle to your home or work.

Service

The Huffines Kia McKinney service department is open for your convenience from 7AM-7PM Monday through Friday and 8AM-5PM on Saturday. Service appointments are available online or by phone at 469-525-4400. We also welcome drive-in customers. Courtesy shuttle transportation and complimentary Lyft and Uber service to your home or work within a 15-mile radius of the dealership are available. Service loaner vehicles may be available. All guest and loaner vehicles are inspected and cleaned by our team members using CDC sanctioned sanitizers.

Our waiting area has WIFI and television should you choose to wait. Per CDC guidelines refreshments and snacks are currently suspended. Food and beverages in sealed containers are available from vending machines in the waiting area. Our team members are diligent about cleaning and disinfecting high traffic and frequently touched objects and surfaces with CDC sanctioned sanitizers during hours of operation. Our professional cleaning crew will perform these same tasks during off hours.

Our Team

Our team members are committed to delivering a memorable sales or service experience to all of our customers. All team members follow current CDC guidelines: All team members practice social distancing of a minimum six feet between guests and other team members. No groupings of more than 10 people at any one time. Tissues and sanitizer are available. Coughing and sneezing require that tissues be used and disposed of immediately after use. Team members' hands are washed frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer is available for use between washings. We refrain from touching our faces, eyes, nose and mouth. We avoid close contact with people who are sick. If a team member has a respiratory illness, signs of fever or are in a household where any member of the household has tested positive for COVID-19 the team member is to stay home except to seek professional medical care.
