I have 2 Kia cars. I have taken both my Optima and Soul for service to Huffines over the last 5+ years. I have always received good service. Now I am in Colorado, but needed a piece of info regarding a previous repair. It was seemless for me to get the info because of Odalys ( a very helpful customer service person ). She knew who I was before I asked for anything because of my phone number. These people at Huffines - both service and sales are standout individuals in customer service. That is rare these days. Thank you all for such excellent service over the years!!

I’d like to take a moment to express how wonderful my service advisor was. MR. TANNER MORELAND. He was very friendly, informative, professional, answered and explained all my questions or concerns, and helped me out tremendously . He went above and beyond for me, helping get verification for my warranty maintenance plan which was under a 3rd party, which I didn’t realize, and even took my Stinger back to the service department consulting with a master technician to adjust my headlight appropriately-since the Plano Kia dealership didn’t calibrate it correctly. I’d give him 10 stars. He was amazing and so helpful. Someone needs to hear this. He’s a good one for sure! This was my first time at Kia Huffines, and it was flawless! Went so smoothly!
